A new study suggests that gravity has an effect on the way we communicate. The research speculates that heavy objects require more cognitive effort as well as the muscular effort we would use to move them.
Due to the extra energy needed to use or move heavy objects and the added consideration we give them because heavy items can be more dangerous, the study suggests we learn to think and plan more when dealing with heftier objects.
The possibility that the concept of importance is directly linked to experience of weight is the intriguing hypothesis that the study explores.
